What does your team actually pay for on-call?
Typical on-call & incident tools average ~$35/user/month, per seat. Pagerly is $39 per team plus $4 per user for paging - same workflows, inside Slack.
That's not a discount - that's how much extra teams pay for the same workflows. Pagerly's side uses published pricing: $39 per team per month on Starter, plus $4 per user per month for paging by call. The comparison is based on ~$35/user average public pricing of leading incident-management tools; plans and tiers vary.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Not sure which plan fits? Ask us - we will tell you honestly if the free one is enough.
What counts as a "team"?
A team is a group of responders sharing a rotation - usually one squad or service. You can put as many people in a team as you like at no extra cost, which is the main way Pagerly differs from per-seat tools.
Is paging included, or is it extra?
Paging is an optional add-on at $4 per user per month, on top of the team price. The plan itself covers rotations, scheduling and everything listed on the card; the add-on adds call, SMS and email escalation, escalation policies and alerts from your observability tools. It is charged only for the people who can actually be paged - someone who needs to see the schedule but never takes a call costs nothing extra, and you can add or drop it at any time.
How does this compare to per-seat pricing?
A 20-person engineering org paying $20 per user per month spends $400 a month. On Pagerly Starter, the same org pays $39 for the team plus $4 for each person on the paging rota - $119 a month if all 20 are on it. The gap widens as you add people who need visibility but rarely take a page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - you can try Pagerly free for 30 days, and adding it to Slack, Teams or Discord needs no credit card.
Do you offer startup discounts?
Get in touch and tell us about your team - we look at early-stage pricing case by case.
What happens when Opsgenie shuts down?
Opsgenie reaches end of life on 5 April 2027. Pagerly imports your schedules, escalation policies and integrations in one click, and we will help you validate the migration before you cut over.
